Clear responsibilities on each side

Suwanaksorn supports Thai-side customs and the relevant Thai agricultural procedures. The customer generally appoints a customs broker or shipping agent in Laos. We coordinate with that agent; we do not claim to perform Lao clearance ourselves.

Check before departure

Send the Invoice and Packing List for review before the truck leaves. Depending on the commodity and movement, a Phytosanitary Certificate and a certificate of origin such as Form D or Form E may also be relevant. These documents are not interchangeable or automatically required for every shipment. The final checklist is confirmed case by case.

When a document is missing

We pause the affected movement, explain what needs correcting and coordinate the replacement with the customer and relevant agent. Advance checking helps avoid preventable border delays.
